How long does shipping take?

Custom Orders
1. What types of custom products do you offer?
We offer custom apparel for schools, teams, and squads! We also offer custom jewelry, door signs, key chains and more!
2. How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, simply visit our website and navigate to the "Custom Orders" section. From there, you can select the type of product you want to customize, provide your specifications, and upload any necessary images or text. Once your order is placed, we'll review your details and get started on creating your unique item.
3. What information do you need for a custom order?
When placing a custom order, please provide as much detail as possible, including:
- Type of product (door sign, jewelry, apparel)
- Design specifications (colors, materials, sizes)
- Text or images to be included
- Any specific instructions or preferences
4. How long does it take to fulfill a custom order?
We aim to fulfill custom orders within 10 days. However, processing times may vary depending on the complexity and specifications of your order. We strive to complete most orders sooner, but custom orders may occasionally require more time.
5. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at suburbanmamadesigns@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once production has started.
6. What is your return policy for custom orders?
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we typically do not accept returns unless the item is defective or we made an error in the customization. For more details, please refer to our return policy link located in the footer of our home page.
7. How will I know the status of my custom order?
Once your custom order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will keep you updated throughout the production process and notify you via email once your order has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
8. Can you create a custom design based on my idea?
Absolutely! We love bringing your creative ideas to life. Please provide us with as much detail as possible about your concept, and we will work with you to create a custom design that meets your vision.
